While most our HR executive searches are done on a contingency fee basis, there are situations where a fully retained or partially retained recruiting arrangement is desirable for our corporate clients. Especially when a search needs to be expedited to meet time-sensitive requirements, we offer retainer-based services to our clients who want exclusive, maximum-priority service from our award-winning firm. For these retained searches, we make the search for fully qualified candidates our highest priority. We fully employ the extensive resources of our recruiters to locate, screen and refer proven leaders who meet our clients’ exacting criteria. For maximum flexibility, we offer two types of retainer-based options, along with our traditional contingency-fee services:
Fully Retained HR Executive Search Fee Arrangements
When time constraints and the urgency to fill a management position demand the highest priority from our executive recruiting firm, we offer fully retained fee services. These retained searches are always expedited by our recruiters. We recognize the time-sensitive nature of our clients’ vacancies and understand that time is of the essence. We also know that only candidates with proven performance and finely tuned, visionary management expertise can meet your requirements. We utilize our extensive nationwide candidate network to identify, recruit, and refer those who are a perfect match for the position and your organization’s culture.
For fully retained searches, our contract will specify that one-third of the total fee is due at the beginning of the search. After 30 days, another third of the contracted amount is due. The final payment is due on successful placement of a candidate referred by our firm. We will be happy to discuss all aspects of a fully retained executive search with you at any time. We will keep you informed of progress throughout our proven search and recruiting process.
Partially Retained HR Executive Search and Placement Services
Combining the benefits of both contingency fee services and retained search services, our partially retained executive search services offer a simple solution for high-priority recruiting of highly qualified candidates for management-level openings. With this hybrid fee arrangement, clients pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $5,000 at the beginning of the search. We begin the recruitment with an enhanced priority level, assuring you of efficient, dedicated employment of our vast national human resource management network to identify right candidates. Once a successful candidate referred by us is hired, the retainer fee is deducted from the final contingency fee, as specified in our contract. We will be happy to work with you to establish the parameters of the search. Our experienced recruiters will spare no effort to find outstanding candidates.
